As a born again Christian, Christmas is a very special time of the year for me.
It is the beginning of the message of God’s saving grace and salvation.
This is a message that starts in the manger ends on the cross,
where Jesus Christ died for our sins, the sins of mankind, past, present and future.
God’s call is not to change and then come to Him, but to come to Him as you are.
If change is needed He will accomplish that change in His time.
He did not call to the apostles because of what they were, but because of what they could be.
He accepted them as they were and watched with joy as they reached their potential.
That’s the way he wants us, just as we are and he will be patient and helpful as we also reach our potential in Jesus Christ.
So to you and yours, I wish a very Merry CHRISTmas and encourage you to accept the gift that has been offered.
